Winnie Sheu, M.D.

Dr. Sheu joined Kansas Gastroenterology in 2021. She received her medical degree from the University of San Carlos of Guatemala. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Advocate Illinois Masonic Center in Chicago, IL. She then completed two fellowships at the University of Kentucky: Hepatology and Gastroenterology. Dr. Sheu is of Taiwanese descent but was born and raised in Guatemala. She is fluent in both Spanish and English. In her free time, Dr. Sheu enjoys cooking, reading, and traveling.
